Where can I stop on the East Coast of Florida in my RV to see the Ocean?

I will be traveling to Florida from Illinois later this month in a RV and my kids would really like to stop at the ocean as soon as possible. I will be traveling on interstate 95 and it looks like I’ll be near the ocean from Fort Pierce down until our destination in miami. Guess I’m just looking for a truck stop, park or anything within walking range of the ocean capable of parking my 31′ RV. I appreciate any help, thanks.

If you get off the interstate in Fort Pierce there are bridges that go over the international causeway that take u right to the beaches… you can follow the route which I think is 1A along the ocean and there are many pulloffs and places to park where they have bathrooms, and some even have restaurants… One place is Vero Beach which is right near Fort Pierce.. I spent many vacations in the winter around Fort Pierce and Vero Beach and traveled south along the alternate route..Good luck and enjoy your trip..
