What should I do to visit a camping site?

There are 3 Camping Sites near Melbourne, Australia which I would like to camp at for a few days. None of them will take one person only. They only take groups of 20 or more.

      The caravan and camping grounds are looking at outward bound sort of camp site that know of has the caravan parks that know of has the big caravan parks that.
      Camping dont know where you get this 20 people thing unless you will pay for groups only at back packers dormitory style not camping dont know where you will pay for groups.
