What is a good compound and wax to use on a fiberglass RV?

My white fiberglass rv is stained. I want to compound and wax it but I don’t know what products to use. It also has factory decals on it. Can I use the compound with a electric buffer on the decals?

      The cleaner and the wax on them but try to avoid the cleaner on it.
