I just purchased a motorhome and when we plug it in to electricity the converter charger makes a buzzing sound. As soon as we unplug the motorhome it stops buzzing. What is it doing?

You probably have auxiliary batteries in the motor home that allow you to have lights, etc. when the engine is off and you aren’t plugged in. The buzzing is the sound of the battery charger, adding electricity to the batteries for you to use at a later time.
