What can I do about a Plugged RV toilet?

I have a plugged RV/motor home toilet. The valve is open outside, so what can be drained has been. I have tried hot water and dish soap and tried snaking it as well, but it is still plugged. I use rv toilet paper and the chemicals. What else can I try to get this toilet to unplug?

get yourself one of those power plungers. they blast the crap out of anything.their is also a device that fits on the end of a garden hose that expands like a plug and blows water out at the same time that works good to.
