My computer begins to boot then just restarts and the process starts over again. How do I fix this?

What is the difference between Computer Engineering and Computer Science?

How to hack into another computer on the same wireless network?

Can I give my computer priority over the others on my wireless network?

How to restore computer when my computer just randomly shuts off?
