Is there anything you can use to clear the shower drain in a motor home?

WE have been told we cant use anything in a motor home, as it ruins the pipes. Tho we were told using baking soda and vinegar would help and be ok. Tried it, and it helped only a little. Still hair in the drain, and cant get it to break lose. ANy ideas of something safe to use that will work to open this drain up? True advise only too, no jokers please. Dont want to do damage to the drains.

For any that are no different than those in motor home do not use any that are no different than those in your local hardware or home center for any that are fine look.

Drano has come up with a jell form product and is very effective in situations like the one you have described.
I used it so I know.
But if it’s a much more critical situation, a rotor Rutter (snake) will do the job without a question. Both systems should work!
