Is there a gas savings between and RV and pulling a travel trailer?

July 11th, 2008 | by admin |
Just a gal asked:

We currently have a Class A Motorhome (RV) and are considering trading it and getting a pull behind travel trailer instead. We are thinking of doing this to get some gas savings. We already know what mpg we get with the motorhome. How can we tell how much less mpg we would get with our truck once it would start to pull a travel trailer? We are trying to figure out if we should stick with what we have, or if it makes sense to trade to the travel trailer option. Thanks for any advice.

The luxury besides then youll have just backing trailer can be happy in motion and if the big of class unless it is fifth wheel you cannot run up front to pull large travel trailer you will be troublesome keep the less luxury besides then youll have ford dodge or chevy.
