Is it really camping if you go in an RV/motor home?

PJ asked:

To me camping involves a tent, camp fire and kind of roughing it, not satellite TV, a microwave and cell phones. Is it really camping in a motor home? If not, what do you call it?

no, it’s not really camping. you don’t get a good feeling if you stay in a motor home. it’s like staing in a crap shack.

My opinion its state of mind we took our first trip in class van last weekend and basically it was nice to commune with nature and enjoy the same things that we did all the same things that we would do while tent camping we go camping no tv electronics.
