You can get basic business website in 70 us dollars.It will include domain name,hosting and cms system to create and update your website.

Possible? Probably, Probable? No.
You can buy many business like templates, but if you want to create one, you will have to learn some skills. There is no easy button unless you pay money. That’s why its a skilled job. If you have no experience and don’t plan on learning I recommend buying a template preferably with a CMS so you can do your updates on the fly.
