How to replace an internal wall with window in an RV?

There was a water leak in the roof that had rotten out boards in the ceiling and walls. The leak is no longer there. The rotted boards have been replaced. Now working on the inside of the RV, what is the best way to replace a wall when there is a window on the wall? Should I remove the window or can the wall be replaced without breaking the bead and removing the window(s)?
