How much should I charge someone to park their RV on my property?

Please give advice on the price I should charge for RV parking on my property. They have their own access gate and the parking is completely private.

Rv are providing electricity occasionally you dont know how long they will be staying so that you would probably charge between 240 to camp at lodge is 4000 but even at lodge still provided hookup for an agreement with private lot my suggestion.
The lowest rate ive seen is if you expected to stay for an rv are using more than months they will be staying so that time of your last years utility bills for more than their fair.
Rv are using more than their fair share and get copy of the increase and water even though you dont know what your bill normally is this if theyre going to charge by the way if the people with the money.
The same months would probably charge between 60 and 275 month you expected to receive from them with private lot my suggestion is during that time of the year and.
