How illegal is it to drink in an RV?

May 4th, 2010 | by admin |
Tom asked:

About to go on a trip with a few friends, 2 are over 21, 5 are under 21. We are renting an RV and riding through a couple states. There will be alcohol involved.
What are the repercussions if we were to get pulled over by the police? Even if there was always 2 sober people at the time, 1 driver (who is over 21) and one passenger. How much trouble would the underaged kids get in?
Edit: How much trouble will the underage kids, who are going to be drinking, get in?
