Has anyone been to Pippy Park RV campground in Newfoundland or Celtic Rendevous Resort near St. Johns?

We are traveling in a brand new RV and want to stay at very nice RV Resorts. Has anyone stayed at either of these places and how would you rate them? Thanks.
