Ever had a leaky motor home roof?

My motor home roof is leaking..it appears to be leaking around the antenna. what do I do? My friend seems to think that we can “fix it” by caulikng around the antenna on the roof..but i think that the entire roof needs to be sealed with that white stuff….what do ya think?

      The bolts out and put rubber washer on with sealcone then that roofing tar.

      An elastomeric sealer it works great this came out no leaks rv s flex going down the seams first then paint.
