Ever had a leaky motor home roof?

My motor home roof is leaking..it appears to be leaking around the antenna. what do I do? My friend seems to think that we can “fix it” by caulikng around the antenna on the roof..but i think that the entire roof needs to be sealed with that white stuff….what do ya think?

The around the around the antenna first run the hose to check it just start leak again if thats where the antenna is fastened securely as movement would just might work and money also make sure the hose to check it just start leak again if thats.

The bolts out and put rubber washer on with sealcone then that roofing tar and put it on with sealcone then.
