does anyone know how difficult a hydrogen conversionon on a 1976 ford motor home would be?

catseye511 asked:

we have seen a lot of hydrogen-on-demand from electrolysis of water sites-it looks good. it seems simple. we have an old
1976 ford lindy II motor home-basic ford truck engine w/no fancy computerized gizmos. could we use this system to convert to hydrogen?
