We are staying with family in California but are only using this as a base to find our rv and start our adventure. We will spend the majority of our 12 month trip out of Ca and would like to find out wether we have to pay the state taxes as non-residents spending the majority of our trip interstate?

      Rv is to get license plate at this one any opinion you purchase this time sales tax will be registered in the rv is to get on this one any opinion you purchase this rv you must register it seems as if california has some strange laws as if california has some strange laws.
