Do I need a special drivers license for driving a Class A RV? What is involved in obtaining one?

I would like to rent an RV to drive across the country and the one I would like to rent is a Class A Rental. I was wondering if I need a different drivers license, how long or what it takes to get one, if I need it. I am planning on renting it next month. I am in Texas.
