davidcolyer asked: I’ve met several people who sold their homes and used the money to buy a motor home so they could travel around the country in their retirement years. Do you think people are acting rationally (or irrationally) when they do this?

LingMoonGirl asked: I am going camping and I don’t know what to bring to eat. I am going camping for the weekend, so I will need 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch. I have an ice chest, but nothing to cook with. Someone there might have a Coleman stove to use.

julianachants asked: My family is planning a lot of camping, hiking and local travel to recreation areas this Summer. I am wanting to put together a list of ideas and recipes for some easy fun trail mixes, camping, hiking and travel food that my children can help me prepare.. Snacks and foods that carry easy with little to no mess or a lot of clean up, store easy and won’t melt or go bad fast in the Summer heat… Kid friendly snacks would be great! Thank you in advance.. Have a great Summer!

gabbin2you asked: We have a motor home, we see campers all over with a dish on top of the camper, or in the ground by the site. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting the service without paying a fortune? We use direct tv at home, I can’t seem to find any answers on their website. Thanks

blue_prince_of_dallas asked: I’m thinking about retirement in a few years and I may buy a travel trailer and tour the United States. How much does it cost to park a travel trailer at campgrounds or other locations for a day, week, or month? I’m sure it probably varies depending upon how popular and how nice a location is, so I’m just looking for some general ideas. Do those prices include electricity, water, sewage? And if you’re retired and living this way do you enjoy it?

Girl in Question asked: My husband and I recently married in March. We moved out of our apartment in hopes of buying a home. Only to find out that we are considered “punk kids” in the finance industry! We were considering buying a motor vehicle and making it our home until we could save a more substantial down payment. Is it possible to save and own a “parked” motor home? What are the downfalls/gains? Have I lost my mind?
