Can you install a bathtub designed for an RV or Mobilehome in a regular house?

Eric asked:

The bathroom in the house is small and will only fit small bathtub. RV bathtubs are of the right dimensions. Can I install one in the house or is it designed differently?

If there are no legal (code or zoning) restrictions then you can do it.
